Recycling bag instructions
How nice that you have chosen a sustainable way of giving birth in water! Please use the instructions included in the package to prepare and use the birthing pool. When the delivery ends, follow the steps below to return the used items to us. That way, we can recycle these items back into new raw materials!
What did you receive?
- 2 recycling bags
- 2 red tie-wraps
- 1 zip lock bag
Step 1: Drain the bathtub
After giving birth, empty the birth pool with the water pump (see instructions).
Step 2: Prepare the water pump for recycling
- Disconnect the water pump from the water hose.
- Put the water pump in the ziplock bag.
- Close the ziplock bag.
Step 3: Preparing the water hose for recycling
- Make sure as much water as possible is out of the water hose.
- Roll up the hose as compactly as possible.
- Put the water hose in 1 of the 2 recycling bags.
- Twist the recycling bag tightly closed.
- Then close the recycling bag tightly with a red tie-wrap.
Step 4: Prepare the liner for recycling
- Ensure most of the dirt and water is removed from the liner.
- Fold the liner compactly.
- Put the liner into 1 of the 2 recycling bags.
- Turn the recycling bag tightly.
- Then close the recycling bag tightly with a red tie-wrap.
Step 5: Packaging the package for return
- Fold the pool and put it back into the black bag (see instructions). It is important to fold the pool as compactly as possible so that everything fits back into the box.
- Use the folding instructions with the bath for this.
- Place the bag with the bath back in the cardboard box.
- Also, place the plastic container with the inflation pump and tap fittings back in the cardboard box.
- Finally, add the ziplock bag with the water pump and the two recycling bags with the water hose and inner sleeve. Note! Place the bags upright in the box, with the red tie-wraps facing up.
- Close the cardboard box with tape.
Step 6: Returning
Register the parcel for return. You will find the link in the instruction email you received. The parcel will be collected from your home again.

Once we have received the parcel back, we will make sure that the materials are cleaned and recycled. They will be made into boots, garden hoses and flooring, among other things.
